Family oriented living in Rancho Belago
Pacific Willow offers a lofty new perspective on elegant, close-to-everything family living. Rancho Belago, part of Moreno Valley, is among California’s fastest-growing cities, with a population currently estimated at more than 170,000. The City’s strategic Inland Empire location in western Riverside County is adjacent to March Air Reserve Base and many of the area’s most popular recreation spots. Supporting Rancho Belago’s strong population growth are a wide variety of new housing opportunities, a rapidly expanding economy, and an emphasis on education and city services.
Close to home for Pacific Willow residents is all the family-oriented fun of the 8,000-acre Lake Perris State Recreation Area, including boating, fishing, swimming, picnicking, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding and camping. Additional equestrian and hiking trails are available at Box Springs Mountain Reserve, and Norton Younglove Reserve is a popular off-roading destination.
Always something fun to do
Following the city motto of “People, Pride, Progress,” Moreno Valley has an active parks and recreation program to keep up with its expanding population. The city maintains more than 352 acres of parks, trails and park facilities, including 20 city and four school district lighted sports fields for soccer, softball and baseball. An impressive year-round offering of youth and adult classes and programs encompasses everything from martial arts, dance, skateboarding and cheer leading to sports leagues, music classes and CPR. Family-oriented celebrations are part of every season, including the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Haunted House, Youthfest, Jamfest and Tour de Moreno Valley.
