Pacific Mayfield is community located in Menifee, California. With a population nearing 84,000, Menifee offers a convenient location in desirable western Riverside County. This is the perfect location for the master-planned community of Pacific Mayfield, which already has an elementary school and is planned to include two community parks and a trail system with lush greenbelts. Including Primrose at Pacific Mayfield, there are now three neighborhoods selling and two more scheduled. Primrose at Pacific Mayfield, a gated 55 and over neighborhood is a single-story, senior-living community directly adjacent to Orchid at Pacific Mayfield, another 55 and over neighborhood, and Cottonwood at Pacific Mayfield, a single-family detached neighborhood. Pacific Mayfield is convenient to the 215 freeway, shopping, dining and recreation.

Residents of this Menifee community are well positioned to take advantage of Riverside County’s forested mountains, lakes, rivers and popular desert areas. Boating, fishing and other water sports are available at nearby destinations including Lake Elsinore, Lake Perris and Diamond Valley Lake in Hemet. Golf enthusiasts can test their skills at Menifee Lakes Country Club, Cherry Hills Golf Course and Canyon Lake Country Club. While Southern California’s famed desert resorts are only a short drive to the east, nearby mountain resorts such as Big Bear and Lake Arrowhead offer year-round outdoor fun.

Menifee is part of the Valley-Wide Recreation and Park District, which includes several parks, gymnasiums and a beautiful new aquatic center. The City’s Kay Ceniceros Senior Center located across from Pacific Mayfield offers a wide variety of programs and classes including exercise, enrichment, and social activities. Adults can enjoy slo-pitch softball, senior softball, men’s basketball, volleyball, lawn bowling, shuffleboard and more. For those seeking more thrilling outdoor adventures, motocross, hot-air ballooning and skydiving are all available. Additionally, many local residents enthusiastically cheer the Lake Elsinore Storm, the area’s minor league baseball team.

Countryside Marketplace (LPJ)

The largest retail center in the Menifee area, Countryside Marketplace, is located on Newport Road, just minutes from the Pacific Mayfield neighborhood. It is the second largest shopping center in Southwest Riverside County and features a Super Target, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Kohls, Petco, Michaels, and BevMo among other specialty stores. Restaurants in the Countryside Marketplace are BJ’s Restaurant & Brewery, TGI Friday’s, Red Robin, In-N-Out Burger and Chick-fil-A giving residents an exciting array of destinations. The Promenade in Temecula is located a short drive away, offering an exceptional variety of shopping and dining destinations, along with the latest movies and family-oriented special events. The Temecula Valley’s colorful wine country is another popular attraction, especially during the annual Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival. Several nearby casinos offer Las Vegas-style gaming and big-name entertainment. Area residents also enjoy the world-renowned Ramona Pageant and other musical events held at the Ramona Bowl Amphitheater in Hemet.
