- Our Sales Associate will introduce your client to the neighborhood and thoroughly explain our homes, their location and the builder.
- Our Sales Associate will qualify your prospect, write the Purchase Agreement and carry them through escrow.
- You do not have to worry about paperwork and disclosures.
- You will be updated on the progress of the purchase.
- Your Broker will be paid at Close of Escrow.
- We invite you to be with your client during this entire process or leave them in our good hands. Either way you have our commitment of total satisfaction. We want your repeat business.
