I loved how Emmanuel made everything so easy and I can talk to him about my concerns and issues and he would always explain in detail and he was very kind and passionate about his work. Also Dana at Fairway was really good and kept in contact with me throughout with updates and just checking in also she didn’t make me feel like I’m just a client but more like family and Emmanuel was more family to me than anyone else since I had no family here and that meant a lot to me I’ve been to other properties but they just blew me off and Emmanuel Dana and Kim made it possible for me to be a homeowner and I will always be grateful for that. Kim is very sweet and always there to listen if you have any questions. You guys have a great team. Also Manny was great at giving me the house tour and getting things done if I need any repairs or just anything related to the home these are the types of people that make a positive impression in your life and helped me fulfill my long dream of home ownership Thanks Pacific Crest.
