Winners will be selected by voting method from PCB employees. All decisions are final. Winner will be paid by July 31, 2021. Grand prize winner will receive a check and will need to submit a W9 form in order to receive prize. The contest runs from June 15, 2021 through July 15, 2021. The sweepstakes is opened to all PCB homeowners and will need to be the current homeowner and a Pacific Communities location. One video entry per household. Videos must be submitted in English. We have the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify entries at our sole discretion. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. This promotion cannot be combined with broker co-op, Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Other restrictions may apply.
