    If client elects a virtual tour or a private in-person appointment to tour the models, client must inform the Sales Associate that they were referred by the Broker who registered them on the Pacific Communities website. Tell them in detail the name and company of the referring broker. Broker/Client registration is valid for 30 days from the date of registration.
