From contract through move-in my husband and I felt very supported throughout the process. The sales team and the loan officer were there for us. Any questions we had were answered. There wasn’t anything they kept from us, there was always transparency. Even up until we move-in there were a couple of things we stumbled; however, the technicians were there to take care of any issues that needed to be fixed.
