Plan 3 is our large two-story home with a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The gourmet kitchen offers a large island and walk-in pantry and opens to the great room. The upstairs features a loft, Master bedroom and more rooms. A 5th bedroom can be added in leu of the loft.
