First, we love the house and the size of its backyard. Only PCB offers a spacious house and a very spacious backyard. We’re from Irvine and we searched for a new construction house with big backyard but we didn’t find one from KB, Pulte, D.R. Horton, K. Hovnanian, Lennar, etc. We looked around for a year right before the pandemic hit last year and we found out about PCB from an ad on Instagram. We like that Sherry was so responsive to our requests and all our questions right from the beginning to end. She made us her priority when we needed to move in earlier. Our superintendent was very nice and has an eye for details. All Pacific Community Builders employee that we met during the process of building, purchasing, and moving were all very professional and kind to us. The house itself looks amazing and a lot better than anything else we saw before we found PCB.
