The process was not as informative as I expected or was told it would be. There was lack of communication and had to continuously follow up for status due to the change of sales reps. However, once the final walk through was completed, I addressed all my questions and concerns to the project manager and others in charge and they’re were so helpful and followed through without having to follow up. Other than that my experience has been great and I would definitely recommend the builder to family and friends and buy again is the future.
